Terms of Service (ToS)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OniMoney application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

OniMoney is a personal budgeting and money-management tool designed to help you track income, expenses, budgets, and financial goals. The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. When you do, you agree to the following:

OniMoney does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Any budgets, forecasts, insights, or suggestions generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service. You grant OniMoney a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including bank connections, payment processors, email providers, and AI tools. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. OniMoney is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding your data), is owned by OniMoney and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Where applicable, we process personal data in compliance with applicable US federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other relevant laws.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OniMoney and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OniMoney from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or for other legitimate business reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
